At the University guesthouse I find myself sharing a room with three other men who snore all night and then get up at 5:30am for prayers, hopefully I can sort out something better but in the meantime I'll get a jalabaya for the sake of modesty about the bedroom.After breakfast I venture out to introduce myself to the Faculty of Education. Unfortunately I reach the Head of English before the note from the Deputy Vice Chancellor. However, he is delighted to have me and sets about drawing up a timetable. I start tomorrow.
