I popped into one of our many neighbourhood barbers and asked for an "itneen" (Arabic for "number two"). There was no response. I looked around and found a razor, then a razor guard. I held it up "itneen, itneen" I said to them. "La, la" they replied "wen, doo, free, voor". OK so razor sizes are not known here by numbers – just these strange sounding words. I ordered a "doo".
