Changed traveller's cheque using my Zanzibar driving licence for id - rather than my passport - clearly not often done but accepted. Had a mango in the office for breakfast. Must be only marginally more acceptable than wearing smelly sports gear - anyway, no one commented.

Around 9:30pm went along to Sweet Easy to celebrate Thijs' leaving (he's credited with doing wonderful things at the orphanage) - many expats, music from Who, Led Zep, Rolling Stones, Lynard Skynard, Pink Floyd, Free - could have been 1977. Much beer, late chicken curry, Larium and bed for 2:30am.
