On the way home, to celebrate my promised earnings, I buy two shirts in the market; proper, work ones with collars. When I reach the computer shop on the ground floor of our building I pop in to see Hassanien. His day has not gone well and he's tired. Recently he's been preparing a PC for us to use in the flat.But it's still not ready. I try not to show my disappointment that it's still not ready. I invite him to choose one of the shirts. He seems delighted with the pale yellow one (which is a relief as I was having second thoughts about it anyway).
